Any on-site support carried out on a Saturday or Sunday incurs an additional:
£10 per hour + VAT, regardless of support tier (Does not apply to monthly support contracts).

This is aimed at home users who need help with everyday technology issues.
Free phone advice is always available where an issue can be resolved without a visit. If an on-site visit is required, the hourly rate above applies.

Virus, pop-up, and performance problems
Basic home IT training
Home office setup and repairs
TV wall mounting and setup
Phone, TV, and gaming setup and support
EPOS & Retail Systems Only
£40 per hour + VAT
This tier is designed for small shops, stalls, and vendors who rely on card readers, receipt printers, label printers, and back-office PCs.
Includes:
EPOS system support and troubleshooting
Card reader setup and issues
Receipt and label printer setup and repairs
Back-office PC support
Advice and guidance on retail systems
Everything included in Home Support
£50 per hour + VAT
This applies to businesses requiring wider IT support beyond EPOS and retail systems.
Includes:
Hardware purchasing, delivery, and setup
Software support and troubleshooting
Liaising with third-party suppliers on your behalf
Network setup, maintenance, and repairs
Team IT support
Cybersecurity awareness and basic training
Phone system support (including Microsoft Teams, 3CX, and similar systems)
Everything included in Home and Vendor Support
£100 per month + VAT
For businesses that want predictable costs and ongoing support.
Includes:
Unlimited call-outs
Priority availability
Ideal for small businesses that need regular support without hourly billing
